You may not duplicate, exploit or sell for any purposes commercial or otherwise,
the services offered by Limelight or its website.

You accept that even though Limelight is involved in the transacting
of email messages, this is only in a transferral
of information capacity. Therefore, should there be a dispute between parties,
you release Limelight and their affiliates,
officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries and employees from any and all claims,
demands and damages, actual and / or consequential, of every nature both known
or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed, occurring from
or in any way connected with said dispute.

You agree to indemnify and hold Limelight, their subsidiaries, affiliates,
officers, directors, agents and employees, harmless from any claim or demand,
including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising
out of information submitted, posted to or transmitted through the Limelight
service, your use of the service, your connection to the service, your violation
of the Terms and Conditions or your violation of any rights of another person.

The Limelight website will be the definitive source of the most up to date information.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to conform to generally acceptable Internet etiquette ("netiquette") which guidelines are set out below:

Not to send e-mail to any person who does not wish to receive it;

Not to engage in any abuse of e-mail or spamming

Not to mislead others as to the identity of the sender or the origin of the message;

Not to record any message which is defamatory, illegal, indecent, obscene, pornographic, racist,
sexist, offensive, threatening, abusive, harassing, containing harmful or hateful speech or
violates any other personal rights
In the event that you should engage in any one or more of the above practices, which shall be determined
in Limelight's sole discretion and which decision shall be final, then Limelight shall
be entitled to:

Terminate, without notice, your membership.

Remove your membership details.

Do whatever possible to prevent you from re-registering for the service.
Liability and
Indemnity
In the event that you disclose or allow your PIN code be disclosed to a third party,
we will not be held liable for any loss or damages suffered by you in any way whatsoever.
We are not liable for acts or omissions of third parties, including without limitation,
an Internet Service Provider or Telkom.
